1:30 a.m. yesterday in Glens Palls Hospital. His home WAs at 11 Sheridan St. Dr. Duncan, chiropodist in Glens Falls for many years, suffered a heart attack at his home Thursday morning and his condition had been critical since.

Dr. Duncan was a veteran of World War and a member of the Rotary Club and Glens Falls Lodge, BPO Elks. Surviving are sister, Mrs. Chester Sherman of this city; two brothers, Philip G. Duncan of Glens Falls and William E.

Duncan of Troy, and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Funeral Home of James F. Singleton, Inc. 93 Ridge from 2 to 4 and to 9 p.m, today and tomorrow. The funeral will be conducted Wednesday at.

Kelley Leschke, Schenectady, former resident of Saratoga Springs, died Friday at the Mount Loretto Nursing Home after long illness. The widow of Emil Leschke, she went to Schenectady from this city in 1911 and began work at the General Electric Co. that year, retiring in 1936. Fairbanks officiated. Rev. Charles T. Noble Dies In Syracuse at Age of 91 The Rev. Charles T.

Noble, died Friday at the home of his son, the Rev. Charles O. Noble; dean of Hendricks Chapel at Syracuse University. The Nobles reside at 315 Berkeley Syracuse. Mr.

Noble was former Salvation Army officer, minister of Congregational churches and 8 religious First education teacher at the Methodist Church. At the age of 21 he was converted to the Salvation Army, and toured America as an officer with the National Staff band. He was jailed several times for leading revival services on street corners. Mr. Noble later became staff captain supervising a large area in Kansas and Missouri.

After serving 85 8 corps commander in Cambridge, Baltimore, Pittsburgh, and other cities, he left the Salvation Army in 1903. At that time he entered evangelistic work in the vicinity of Boston. Later, Mr. Noble years in bustness before returning to become the pastor of number of Congregational churches.
